Me, slightly changing some designs for my au? More likely than you think.

Also, I'm including minor character changes under the cut (there aren't many)

Phil doesn't do art. I wanted to change him a bit from OG Pizza Tower, so I changed that.

Vigert is MUCH more shy. He gets flustered easily by the simplist of praise.

Theodore only works as an actor (not a big change, yeah)

Gustavo: "-Alright, just breathe. It's okay, we got you."

Pep: "Um... Really sorry, Peppino and Gustavo..."

Peppino: "It's alright, Pep. It wasn't your fault."

Pep: "Is Peppino... Mad at friends...? Gustavo... Mad at friends...?"

Peppino: "No no, I'm not mad! It was-a just... A lot all at once..."

Gustavo: "They were just excited and wanted to help! I can't be mad at the enthusiasm!"

Pep: "... Okay..."

Peppino: "Look Pep, it's alright. We're all okay now. I don't-a mind if your friends want to help, we just might need to put some rules down to avoid anyone getting overwhelmed again."

After countless hours of designs and lineart and color picking, I finally finished. So...

Meet the Characters!

(Of Orchestra Tower)

Descriptions under the cut (also keep in mind I made first or last names for some characters, and also some personalities may be tweaked. This is an au after all)

Peppino Spaghetti: Conductor of the orchestra. He is mostly calm, but may crack under pressure. Otherwise he is largely expressionless, yet approachable.

Gustavo Herald: Concertmaster* of the orchestra. He's kind and carefree, but sometimes puts the needs of others over his own.

Nolan Stick: He works as a debt collector, yet is surprisingly tolerant. He sometimes offers his clients extra time to pay off debt (which his boss doesn't like).

Phil Pepper: He plays the bass. He's quite pompous, but willing to help those on his good side (ergo those who like his talent lmao).

Hazelnut Latte: She plays piano. She's very creative, and offers ideas for the orchestra from time to time.

Totino Mozzi: He's a solo violinist. He's spoiled and wants to be the best. Good with gizmos and gadgets.

Brick: The orchestra's pet(?). He lives with Gustavo when nor at the orchestra building. Incredibly smart for a rat.

Vigert Lante: He's a farmer who can play the banjo. Very gentle, and supportive of the orchestra despite not being in it (nor wanting to).

Feppi: Stand-in conductor (kind of). He likes being given attention. Good at conducting from watching Peppino conduct.

Theodore Noise: Movie star. He doesn't want to be in the orchestra, but he is still generally supportive of it (he won't admit it).

Gerome Stone: Janitor. He's quite good at a few instruments, so he sometimes offers tips to those struggling. Otherwise quiet.

John Stone: He travels many places. Every once in a while, he comes to one of the orchestra's concerts.

Pep: "But that's all you're good for, isn't it?"

Gustavo: "He seems nice." (Bonus Brick: "I'm not an animal person, but I don't mind him.")

Phil: "I haven't heard much about him, but the little I have heard isn't too good.

Vigert: "I've seen him at concerts a few times."

Theodore: "Not sure I know him.."

Hazelnut: "She's the pianist, right? Very good at what she does."

Faker: "Fake? What do you mean fake? Who's fake?"

Totino: "I don't know anyone by that name.."

Gerome: "He's my older brother! I'm very grateful to him for being with me when we were young... uh.. can we move on...?"

Nolan: "I don't know who he is."

Peddito: "Think I read in the news that he died. Poor guy.."

Teddy: "I heard he was a famous performer. I mean it when I say WAS; people say he disappeared."

Gustavo: "That guy seems to have a positive atmosphere; I like it." (Bonus Brick: "Oh, I wish I could get to know it more, but I'm allergic to rats..")

Phil: "He's annoying; that pepper always acts so cocky and full of himself!"

Vigert: "I've seen him at concerts. I just never really speak to him."

Theodore: "That movie guy? Don't know why he hangs around the orchestra, but I only know he exists because of my brother."

Hazelnut: "She plays piano really well, but I rarely see her; can't attend every concert, after all."

Faker: "What..?"

Totino: "Doesn't ring a bell."

Gerome: "Gerome's my big brother. We still call each other often; I always look forward to speaking with him after concerts when I can."

Nolan: "I'm... not sure I've met him."

Peddito: "I think I read about him in the paper once; a shame, he died young.."

Teddy: "I think he performed with that one guy.. but I don't know what happened to him."

Vigert: "The little guy's real shy. I don't force him to say anything, though."

Theodore: "He gets uncomfortable around me."

Hazelnut: "She talks a lot. But I don't mind."

Faker: "He's an interesting little fella. When I take my lunch break, I give him some of my lunch. He'll eat anything!"

Totino: "I saw him a few time; suspicious, that one.."

John: "Oh, he's my little brother! It was hard for me when he said he wanted to travel the world, but I still call him. And he sometimes comes to concerts."

Nolan: "Hm. Well, I don't know him much."

Peddito: "That one guy? Didn't deserve to die so young."

Teddy: "Poor kid. I don't speak with him, but I feel bad for his suffering."

Phil: "Don't really care about him. He's nonchalant, I suppose."

Vigert: "He's not even part of the whole deal! I don't bother with him."

Theodore: "Maybe I can use him, with how close he is to that damn italian!"

Hazelnut: "She makes good coffee. I guess."

Faker: "Oh, you mean THAT freak of nature? Don't care for it; it was a mistake on my end."

Gerome: "Perhaps I can use him as a spy? I suppose not, he's too stubborn.."

John: "Say what now?"

Nolan: "Thought he'd be more greedy, considering his job and all. I stand corrected."

Peddito: "Hm, I heard about that guy in the news. Peculiar.."

Teddy: "Apparently, he performed with that one guy who died in the news. The one who survived hasn't been seen since, at least in the public eye."

Peppino: "He's so level-headed! I like to pretend to be him sometimes, and no one bats an eye.. at least, almost no one.."

Gustavo: "He gives me snacks sometimes. They are delicious!" (Bonus Brick: "A tasty looking rat! But I tried eating him once, and Gustavo yelled at me.. so no rat for me.")

Phil: "Mean! Rude! Call me stupid! No like him.."

Vigert: "That cheese has some nerve coming and talking with Hazel.. would eat him."

Theodore: "Clever; he knows whenever I pretend to be Peppino. He's funny though."

Hazelnut: "Love her! Protect! Want to be by her side, her one and only! *happy/shy gurgling sounds*"

Totino: "...no."

Gerome: "He shows me how to play instruments sometimes! And give snacks!"

John: "Who?"

Nolan: "He gives Pino the papers. The papers stress him out. But paper-guy helps him, so I guess he okay.."

Peddito: "He Peppino? No? I hear that he's gone. Where'd he go??"

Teddy: "Who that?"

Peppino: "He's able to keep cool under a lot of pressure. It's amazing! And he loves my piano skill!"

Gustavo: "I love chatting with him. He's so nice and considerate!" (Bonus Brick: "He's such a cute rat! I love him!")

Phil: "I don't know why he's so closed off and mean. He doesn't care about talking to the others."

Vigert: "He's such a sweetheart! Whenever he goes to our concerts, he brings me a gift after we finish playing."

Theodore: "Theo tells so many stories! He's a great actor, and I love hanging out with him! I have known him since high school; he's so nice!"

Faker: "He's such a cutie! And he loves learning. Sometimes, he'll try playing the piano. He's good at it!"

Totino: "I don't know him, but he sounds kinda mean.."

Gerome: "I love talking to him! He may be quiet, but he's such a great listener!"

John: "Sometimes I see him at our concerts, but not often."

Nolan: "I don't talk to him much, but he seems nice!"

Peddito: "Why would anyone poison another person? He did nothing wrong!"

Teddy: "Theo told me about him. I sometimes bake muffins and cookies for Theo to take for him; apparently, he loves them. It's the least I can do!"

Peppino: "Such a handsome guy.. he could earn millions in the movie industry! In all seriousness, though, he's a fun guy, and it's cute to see him all flustered~!"

Gustavo: "I like hanging with him. He's quite chill!" (Bonus Brick: "Biggest rat I've ever seen, honestly. Not bad though.")

Phil: "Sometimes, I wish I could make him suffer the worst things for one day, just to make up for how annoying he can be..."

Vigert: "I talk to him. Sometimes. Occasionally. Okay, I talk to him every once in a while.."

Hazelnut: "If it weren't for her, I don't think I'd have made it through school. And man, does she know how to make a good coffee! I.. I often have to remind her not to add anything to it; I like black coffee, not sweetened coffee!"

Faker: "A funny thing. Honestly, I feel like I'm the only person who can tell when Peppino is actually Faker.."

Totino: "Oh, he has some nerve messing with Peppy! What's this guy's deal anyway!?"

Gerome: "Quiet. Very quiet. It's a little unsettling."

John: "Eh, don't see him all that often.."

Nolan: "He's very lenient with Peppino. I would honestly pay for the best lawer if he was wrongfully accused of anything. That's how much I appreciate his help to Peppino."

Peddito: "Yeah, I saw him in the news. And I hear about him a lot. Poor guy.."

Teddy: "I talk with him sometimes. The only part of it I don't like is that he and his friend are.. eerily similar to Pep and I. And he's jealous of our relationship."

Gustavo: "I can talk to him.. talking is jus' a little hard fer me.." (Bonus Brick: "I like animals, so it's always a pleasure when Gustavo brings 'im to the farm.")

Phil: "He's very.. hateful? No, that's not it.."

Theodore: "Sometimes I look at 'im, and I see a crazy maniac.. but he's actually calm."

Hazelnut: "She's the sweetest little tangerine I ever met. I go to the orchestra concerts whenever I can, and I talk with her after they end. Every time I speak with her, I feel like my heart rate goes up..!"

Faker: "He's terrifying..!"

Totino: "I.. I don't know who that is.."

Gerome: "Sometimes I sit with him. He's quiet and doesn't force me to speak."

John: "Sometimes I see him when I go to the orchestra's concerts."

Nolan: "I don't usually see him, but he seems cheery."

Peddito: "I'm not entirely sure who that is.."

Teddy: "I let him come to my farm. He's very quiet and sad... so sometimes, I sit with him so he isn't alone."

Vigert: "Tiny coward. He works on a farm with cows that - compared to him - are big enough to squish him, yet he's super shy."

Theodore: "I always see him flirting with Mr. Spaghetti. Of all people! But I don't care, they can keep their sappy romance elsewhere."

Hazelnut: "Sometimes I wonder why Spaghetti hired her.."

Faker: "It seems stupid. I don't like talking with it."

Totino: "I don't know who he is, so I don't really care that much."

Gerome: "At least he's quiet.."

John: "Janitor guy's brother. Not as quiet, unfortunately."

Nolan: "Eh.. no."

Peddito: "Who's that?"

Teddy: "Don't know him."
